DELIVERIES

• All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• We will notify you when your order has been shippied.

SHIPPING

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free local delivery is available for orders over £30 within UK.

• We DO NOT offer international shipping.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

• Products arrive damaged or defective.

• Incorrect items were shipped (not matching the order invoice).

• Items are missing from your shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@stablesupplyltd.com . Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If a refund is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement shipment of the damaged or incorrect items.

• Store credit toward your next order.

• Refund to your original method of payment (card issuer's policies may apply).

In some cases, we may request that the defective or incorrect items be returned. If so, a return shipping label will be provided.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as many orders are processed quickly.
